UNFPA's electronic application system eRecruit
UNFPA has established an electronic application management system called 'eRecruit'. This allows applicants to create a candidate profile, which can be updated regularly and submitted to more than one vacancy.
Please ensure that your application is as complete as possible before you submit it to any of the advertised vacancies. You do not have to complete your application in one sitting. It can be saved and you can return to it and refine it as often as you want prior to the closing date of the advertised vacancy.
Please refer to the Step-by-Step Guide and the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for detailed information on how to successfully complete your online application. These documents can be found on the top right hand corner of the e-Recruit webpage.
Note that only international post and Headquarters (New York) General Service posts are advertised in UNFPA eRecruit system. Please send your application for national posts (national offices and general service posts outside of New York) to the concerned UNFPA office.
