Assistant E-Commerce Manager - Corporate
Alila Hotels & Resorts is looking for a talented and dynamic Assistant E-Commerce Manager to strengthen its corporate E-commerce department.
This position will be responsible for the corporate website and e-commerce activities as well as e-distribution content.
Must be a self-starter, professional, self-governed, high initiative, eager, able to learn quickly, outgoing. Should have a significant experience in e-commerce, preferably in the travel industry. Familiarity with website administration, online reservations, CRM, graphic design, HTML, search engine optimization and corporate e-commerce initiatives is an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing materials with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of content and changes concerning the corporate website
- Administrate and ensure the website complies with our brand identity and standards as well as ongoing content optimization
- Assist the Head of E-Commerce in e-marketing initiatives with online research, campaign creation, results measurement
- Assist in the production of artwork design and electronic marketing tools such as email marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, upload and control rates and information in Website, Internet booking engine
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, upload, control and cleanse CRM database contacts and information
- Assist the Head of E-Commerce in preparing Website traffic analysis and E-Distribution report

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in Hotel Management, Public Relations, Graphic Design or related discipline
- Very good command of English
- Strong knowledge of personal computer software programs including Microsoft Office applications, Internet Browsers, graphics editors and HTML editors
- Basic understanding of HTML programming and Web page creation
- The candidate must possess a passion for the Internet and its potential in a business situation
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an E-Commerce position
- Meticulous with good planning and organizing skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Indonesian nationals only
- Very good command of English
