- S1 and/or S2 graduate from leading universities in Indonesia or overseas graduate with GPA minimum 3,00 (out of 4,00)
- Maximum 26 years of age
- Any major of study preferably Business, Economics, Engineering and Science
- Highly involved in campus leadership and organisational activities
- Mastery of English, TOEFL score of at least 500
